This means you will need to go in person to a pickup point near your address to collect your package.
If you prefer home delivery, please choose a carrier that offers home delivery instead of office pickup.
Basic carrier insurance provides limited coverage to protect packages in transit against loss, damage or theft during shipping. If any of these incidents occur, coverage is €6.67/kg (domestic) and €10/kg (international), with no right to any other compensation. For greater coverage we recommend you select premium insurance.
The Premium insurance value is calculated based on the declared value of the goods (€) you provided when creating your package. This same value will be used on the proforma during customs clearance and customs authorities may use it to assess taxes if applicable.
The insurance cost has a minimum value of €10 per outbound package for shipments with coverage up to €2,000. For higher coverage, please contact the sales department. The goods listed below are expressly excluded from coverage under General Legal Liability Exclusions.
